The first visit may last up to 90 minutes. This will allow time to learn about your current state of health and what is bothering you. Follow up acupuncture visits will last about 45 minutes.

Massage Therapy

60 minutes is best suited for in depth work on half the body, or a briefly address the full body. 90 minutes is best to address the full body.

60 minute : $85

90 minute : $115

Tai Chi Classes

One hour class time. Currently available Mondays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 9:00am. Please call in advance to check availability.

Fee is donation based, pay what you can afford.
